Be an Inspiration!










I began my journey to a healthier me because my Mom was a good example – a marathoner and a runner for more than 25 years! I now try to encourage others who are just beginning as well. Wherever you are on your path to good health – if you’ve just begun to walk a few times a week or have signed up for your first Zumba class or 5k or if you have been healthy and fit for years — there are others in your own little corner of the world — family members, coworkers, friends who are watching you and being inspired to make healthy changes in their own lives!! Keep it up! Be willing to help someone who’s just beginning. Encourage others! It makes life oh-so-much sweeter to cheer on others and see them have successes that they had only dreamed of before! Get out there! Start INSPIRING!
