We’ve had several inches of snow. It’s icy out and I’m feeling very out of sorts since I haven’t ran in three days. Ugh. So, I pulled out my Denise Austin Pilates DVD and did a 20 min workout with that.
When Denise says to point my leg to the ceiling, I’m still pointing at the far wall. It’ll be nice to see if I can improve my flexibility and strength with these Pilates workouts this winter. I can really feel it in my abs when I’m done, so I know it’s doing some good.
