Played with the Garmin stats for a bit. So, in summary, today’s bad workout:

1 mile warmup – 12:48 pace
111.29 meter (365.11 ft) — 4:54 pace. 
214.00 meter (.13 mile) — 5:58 pace. 
802.56 meter (.50 mile) — 7:34 pace. I guess that’s not that bad. I can do better.
cooldown – 401.85 (.25 mile) – 11:11 pace

I had another couple of laps I didn’t record so total workout was about 2 miles.
