63 degrees. 45% humidity. 14 mph winds. Took it easy, just loosening up the legs for tomorrow’s 2 mile race. In the third mile, I did a few pickups and held race pace for 15 seconds, then eased back, then did it again at the next block three times just to feel comfortable with the pace.

I’m feeling nervous about the race – even though it’s a really short one. The distance doesn’t frighten me – it’s pushing harder that does. I have a fear of puking at the finish line. lol.

Stats: 3 miles. 10:52 ave pace. Total time: 32:41. Felt: Worried about the race tomorrow.
