It’s been too long! Thank heavens, we’re now on summer break! We finished up our standardized tests last week so now I can get in some cross-training during what was usually our school times during the days. Yay!
My hips, hammies and calves are definitely the least flexible parts of my body and today’s workout focused on those areas. I’m looking forward to finding more flexibility over the next few weeks and months again.
