Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. OK, today at 2:30ish, it will have been 48 hours since I ran Robie and I’m STILL so sore! I’m thinking maybe I should have just walked yesterday instead of ran 4 miles. I actually felt fine yesterday morning, but ever since I got back from my short run, I’ve been walking like a granny!
Someone quick – send good vibes to my quads, hamstrings and glutes so they’ll recover nicely for this Saturday’s 50K!
Apparently going uphill for more than 8 miles and gaining about 2000 in elevation on the incline makes for some pretty darn sore legs the next week.
