Candlelight Yoga DVD (from the Crunch series.) 45 min.

I’d been looking for a yoga DVD that would help me relax and help stretch my tight, painful areas, too. I think I found that in this one. It’s very slow-paced and the instructor has a very soothing voice.

I feel pretty amazing considering I ran 27 miles yesterday. I didn’t even need a nap afterwards, which is a new first! I think taking those walk breaks and keeping my pace easy really made the recovery faster. Even the stairs feel fine today. I’m teaching school and feeling like my usual peppy self. Yay!
