Wow! I had a stack of workout DVD’s to try from the library. Made it 5 min into two of Denise Austin’s workouts before I popped them out. They just weren’t that intense. I bought the 30 Day Shred a week ago and hadn’t tried it yet. All I can say is “That’s what I was looking for!!!!” I wasn’t disappointed. Jillian had me sweating from the start and I loved using the weights, getting some core work and keeping my heart pumping. Excellent workout! Can’t wait to see my strength increase in the next month! Nice complement to my running program. My only complaint – She doesn’t allow drink breaks so I had to sneak them in. Ha!

Day One completed!  I feel energized and ready for my speedwork tonight!
