I canceled yesterday’s run and am taking today and tomorrow off too. I think the mental and physical fatigue I felt earlier this week is just a result of training so hard in the past month. I think it’s time to balance that workload with some imposed rest.
Looking forward to Monday’s run, with rested legs and a body that’s had a few days to refuel properly.
