Wii Fit Plus tonight. 1 hour 1 min. Cals burned: 184. Good workout. The yoga and strength were really feeling good tonight. I love how the stretches feel so much even for things like the plank. My shoulders, where I tend to carry a lot of tension and my lower back (which often aches) feel better after doing these workouts.

I’m enjoying my favorite after workout snack now. Chocolate milk (voted Runner’s World’s best after-run replenishment), and trail mix. Mmmmmm
