Bertha came today to do our first strength/core workout. She forgot her big ball, so instead I introducted her to the wii fit. We had so much fun! I got in 30 min of strength and yoga and feel pretty good right now.
I haven’t ran in the past three days (including today) intentionally. I’m still planning on running 12 – 15 in the snow on Saturday, so I’m saving myself for that. I’ll probably go ahead and run an easy 4-5 miles tomorrow. It is SO cold today (about 9 degrees), we’ll see if I have to resort to the treadmill tomorrow after all. By Sat it’s supposed to be back to the mid 20’s, so that should be better.
