Hmm..after staring at my abs – correction – couple of spare tires – in the mirror this morning, it occurred to me that once this marathon is over, I really should finally get around to strengthening my mid-section. I’m thinking Pilates is probably what I should make part of my weekly routine. I also miss Yoga. I think the combo would be good for me. Darn my laziness when it comes to cross-training!!!!
